Adult SA Case Management – Female

Project LINK is an interagency, community based program aimed at assisting women and their children who have been affected by substance abuse. Through the use of innovative linkages, a full continuum of care is provided that integrates prevention, early intervention, and substance abuse treatment with health care and other support services.

The goal of Project LINK is to support a woman's journey to a healthy lifestyle for herself, and for her family, whenever possible.

Our mission is to ensure that all women whose lives are affected by substance abuse are linked with resources that foster and support their physical, emotional, spiritual, and family well-being.
