New Phoenix Village Apartments

Open Wait List Announcement

NEW PHOENIX VILLAGE WILL OPEN ITS WAIT LIST SEPTEMBER 17 AND 18, 2025 - ONLY. 

APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5:00 PM ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2025

Please note that there are no available units at this time. This is for the Wait List only. The waiting period can vary from a couple of months to a couple of years.

New Phoenix Village, located outside of Ft. Eustis, offers subsidized housing. New Phoenix Village has one- and two-bedroom apartments, water and sewer included in rent. Rents do not exceed 30% of the applicant's gross income.

Eligibility for Tenancy: 
- individuals who are 62 years or older, and/or
- individuals with disabilities
- with incomes at or below 50% Area Median Income (for an example - for one person, the current maximum is $37,300 and for two persons it is $42,600)
