As part of our business operations, H-NNCSB engages in a strategic planning process. Our current strategic plan is the culmination of months of research and plan development. We are now working to achieve plan objectives.
In the spring of 2021, we began a comprehensive strategic planning process to deliver a clear and actionable roadmap for the CSB. It was important to us that the plan included your perspectives, as key stakeholders and partners of our agency, and we made every effort to ensure that your voices were reflected in the pages of this document. Many of you participated in small focus group discussions, and/or one-on-one conversations, with the consultants engaged to guide the process, and we were happy to incorporate your feedback into our strategic plan.
As we begin to implement the strategies included in this five-year plan, while continuing to deliver on the vision and mission of our agency, we will keep you updated on relevant implementation milestones and successes. Thank you again for your valuable input, and for your investment of time, energy, and talents in this effort.
