Along with our Vision and Mission, our Core Values establish the philosophical and operational framework from which we operate and develop an array of behavioral health, substance use disorder, intellectual and developmental disability, and prevention services in partnership with staff members, individuals and their families, the communities we serve, and other stakeholders.

Our Core Values are as follows:

Collaboration – We partner with individuals we serve, families, communities, and providers to ensure that our services are responsive, accessible, and efficient.

Continuous Improvement – We continually improve our services; we employ best practices and we take advantage of technology.

Cultural Competency – We embrace and incorporate the cultural backgrounds, values, and preferences of the individuals we serve and families in the development and delivery of our services and supports.

Development – We continually pursue and create opportunities to achieve our mission.

Dignity and Respect – We honor the diversity, dignity, rights, and preferences of the individuals we serve and families.

Professionalism – We employ and retain a skilled, diverse, and compassionate staff and we value creativity and professional achievement.

Quality – We strive for excellence in everything we do.

Stewardship and Accountability – We are good stewards of the resources entrusted to us; we are accountable for our actions and outcomes; and we demonstrate our value.
